Below are the terms and conditions one must accept before placing an order or confirming and appointment for transfers.

TERMS OF SERVICE
RETURNS & SAFETY WARNING
Due to the nature of the items being sold, there is a strict no-return policy. All firearms should be thoroughly inspected by a qualified, competent gunsmith before loading or firing.
USED & SURPLUS FIREARM "AS-IS" DISCLAIMER
All used, surplus, vintage, or consignment firearms are sold strictly "AS IS" with no store warranty expressed or implied. We do not test-fire or verify the structural integrity of used firearms. The buyer assumes all liability for the condition and safe operation of the firearm. We strongly recommend that any used firearm purchased from our store be thoroughly inspected by a certified gunsmith prior to loading or firing.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
By purchasing from this website, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its owners, and employees from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or criminal/civil actions arising from the purchase, ownership, use, misuse, storage, or modification of any firearm, ammunition, or accessory purchased from us. Firearms are inherently dangerous; you assume all risk and liability associated with their handling and operation.
FFL SHIPPING REQUIREMENT
Modern firearms cannot be shipped directly to your home. It is your sole responsibility to contact a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in your area and have them email a current, signed copy of their FFL to us along with your order number. We will not ship your firearm until a valid FFL is on file.
BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED & ALL SALES FINAL
To receive your firearm, you must pass a federal background check (Form 4473) at your receiving FFL dealer. Any fees charged by your local dealer for the transfer are your responsibility. Once a firearm is shipped from our facility or transferred to you by your local dealer, the sale is final.
FAILED BACKGROUND CHECKS & ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you purchase a firearm and fail the federal NICS background check (Form 4473) or state-mandated screening at your local FFL dealer, you are ineligible to take possession of the firearm. In this event, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our facility, plus a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable. Your local FFL dealer may also charge an independent processing fee which we do not reimburse.
MANUAL PAYMENT & LAW VERIFICATION POLICY
Your order will not be charged or processed immediately upon checkout. As a licensed FFL, we manually review every order to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local firearms laws. Once we verify that the item is legal in your jurisdiction and receive a valid copy of your local dealer's FFL, we will email you a secure payment link or provide instructions for mailing a certified check/money order. If the item is restricted in your area, your order will be canceled immediately.
KNOW YOUR LOCAL LAWS BEFORE ORDERING
You are responsible for ensuring that the firearm, magazine capacity, or accessory you are purchasing is legal to own in your state, county, and city. If an item is shipped and found to be illegal in your jurisdiction, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
PAYMENT & PRICING TERMS
All payments must fully clear before your order is processed or shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion, including in the event of a listing error, typographical error, or incorrect pricing on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice.
MAGAZINE CAPACITY & COMPONENT RESTRICTIONS
We comply with all state and local laws regarding high-capacity magazines and restricted firearm components (including threaded barrels, certain stocks, and parts kits). We will not ship magazines exceeding statutory capacity limits to restricted jurisdictions (including but not limited to: CA, CO, CT, DE, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, RI, VT, WA, and Washington D.C.). It is your sole responsibility to check local restrictions before placing an order. Orders containing restricted items will be canceled and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
AMMUNITION PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS
By purchasing ammunition, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age for handgun ammunition or 18 years of age for rifle/shotgun ammunition. You certify that you are a U.S. citizen or legal resident, have never been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, and are not legally prohibited from possessing ammunition. Ammunition cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. Due to local regulations, ammunition shipments to restricted states (including CA, NY, NJ, IL, MA, and CT) may require shipment to a valid FFL or registered ammunition vendor, or require specific state-issued permits prior to shipment.
NFA / CLASS 3 REGULATED ITEMS
National Firearms Act (NFA) items—including silencers/suppressors, short-barreled rifles (SBRs), short-barreled shotguns (SBSs), and machine guns—require federal registration and ATF Form 4 approval. We will only ship NFA items to a properly licensed Class 3 FFL dealer who possesses a valid Special Occupational Tax (SOT) stamp. NFA sales are final upon submission of paperwork to the ATF. If an NFA transfer is denied by the ATF or canceled by the buyer post-submission, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
TRANSFER AGREEMENT
1. Appointment Window & Closing Policy
We operate strictly by appointment between the hours of 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM on Sundays and Tuesdays. No grace period is extended past our 6:00 PM closing time. If you miss your scheduled time or arrive after 6:00 PM, a $10.00 no-show fee will be automatically added to your total transfer fee, which must be paid in full at or before your rescheduled appointment.
2. Acceptable Forms of Identification
To complete any firearm transfer, you must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (such as a South Carolina Driver's License or ID Card) during your scheduled appointment. The name and physical address on your ID must match your current residence and the transfer paperwork. If your ID features a P.O. Box or an outdated address, you must provide an additional government-issued document (such as a valid vehicle registration or voter ID card) establishing your current physical address.
3. CWP & Neighborhood Resident Transfer Discounts
CWP Holder Discount: We offer a discounted transfer fee for valid Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP) holders. To receive this rate, you must present your physical, unexpired state-issued CWP at your appointment. The name and address on your permit must match your current government-issued photo ID.
Neighborhood Discount: To support our immediate community, we offer a discounted transfer fee for neighbors living within the Forest Lake Shores neighborhood. To qualify, you must present proof of local residency (such as a valid driver’s license or a current utility bill matching your Form 4473 transfer address) during your scheduled appointment.
Policy Note: All discounted transfer rates must be verified in person during your appointment before the NICS background check or paperwork is finalized. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed transfers or missed appointments.
4. Failed Background Check Policy
If you receive a "Denied" status on your NICS background check, the transfer cannot be completed. In this event, our standard transfer fee still applies to cover the administrative processing time. You will have 30 days from the date of denial to arrange and pay for return shipping to the original seller. If return shipping is not arranged within 30 days, the firearm will enter the standard Storage & Abandonment timeline, accruing a $5.00 daily fee starting on the 31st day post-denial.
5. Failed Transaction & Return Shipping
If a transfer cannot be completed due to a failed background check, lack of payment, or order cancellation, the buyer is entirely responsible for all return shipping costs and any factory restocking fees. The firearm will not be shipped back to the sending dealer or manufacturer until the buyer has paid the return shipping fees to us in full.
6. Firearm Storage & Late Fees
We will hold transferred firearms free of charge for a maximum of 12 week (90 calendar days) from the date the firearm arrives at our location. It is your responsibility to schedule and complete your transfer appointment within this 30-day window. Starting on the 31st calendar day after delivery, a storage fee of $5.00 per day will accumulate. All accrued storage fees and the base transfer fee must be paid in full before the firearm will be transferred. Please remember, we are a home-based FFL and have limited storage space.
7. Property Abandonment & Customer Notification
Certified Mail Notification: If your firearm remains uncollected for 60 calendar days after delivery, a formal notice of contract breach and intent to liquidate will be sent via Certified Mail (with return receipt requested) to the physical address provided on your paperwork. This notice will outline all outstanding fees and provide a final 30-day deadline to resolve the balance.
Abandonment & Liquidation Policy: If a firearm is not picked up, and all accumulated fees are not paid in full by the 91st calendar day after delivery, the firearm will be deemed legally abandoned under South Carolina Code Section 29-15-10. At that time, ownership transfers to us. The firearm will be absorbed into store inventory and/or sold via a possessory lien to liquidate and recover outstanding storage fees, administrative costs, and unpaid transfer fees. The buyer completely waives all claims to the item after the 90th day.
8. Age Restrictions for Specific Firearm Categories
Federal law dictates strict age limits for firearm transfers. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or transfer handguns, pistol-caliber carbines (PCCs), stripped lower receivers, frames, pistol-grip-only shotguns, and NFA items. If you are under 21, you are restricted to long guns (rifles and traditional shotguns) only. If an item arrives that you are legally too young to possess, the transfer will be denied, and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any accumulated storage fees.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
Firearm Holding Period & Storage Fees: We will hold transferred firearms free of charge for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date the firearm arrives at our location. You will be notified via email or text immediately upon the firearm's delivery to us. Starting on the 31st calendar day after delivery, a storage fee of $5.00 per day will accumulate. All accrued storage fees and the original transfer fee must be paid in full before the firearm can be transferred. Please remember, we are a home-based FFL and have limited storage space.

If you are running late, you must arrive and complete your transfer before we close at 6:00 PM. Arriving after 6:00 PM or failing to show up for your scheduled time will result in a $10.00 no-show fee, which must be paid before or at the time of your rescheduled appointment.
TRANSFER APPOINTMENT CHECKLIST
Before arriving for your home-based FFL appointment, please ensure you have the following items ready. Failure to provide these will require your appointment to be rescheduled and may result in late or no-show fees.
□ Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
Must be unexpired (South Carolina Driver's License, State ID, Passport, or Military ID).
Must show your current physical address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted).
□ Supplemental Government Documentation (If Applicable)
Required ONLY if your primary photo ID lists a P.O. Box or an outdated address.
Must be an official, government-issued document showing your name and current physical residence (e.g., valid SC vehicle registration, SC voter registration card, municipal water/trash bill, or SC hunting/fishing license). Note: Private bank statements and cell phone bills are not accepted.
□ Physical Concealed Weapons Permit (Optional)
Required to receive the CWP transfer discount.
Must be an unexpired, state-issued physical card and match the name on your primary photo ID.
□ Proof of Local Neighborhood Residency (Optional)
Required to receive the Neighborhood Resident transfer discount.
Must present a valid government-issued ID or current utility bill establishing residency within our designated discount boundaries.
□ Accepted Form of Payment
Must be prepared to settle the base transfer fee, plus any applicable no-show fees, late fees, or accumulated storage costs.
□ Accepted Forms of Payment
To keep our transfer fees low and avoid predatory credit card processing fees, we accept the following forms of payment. All funds must fully clear before the firearm can be logged out of our inventory or transferred.
For In-Person Local Pickups:
Cash: Exact change is highly appreciated.
Zelle: Bank-to-bank instant transfer (must be completed and verified on-screen during your appointment).
USPS Money Orders: Must be purchased directly from the United States Post Office.
For Online Orders & Pre-Payments (Prior to Shipping):
GunTab / ACH E-Check: Secure electronic bank transfers processed safely through firearms-friendly escrow networks.
Certified Bank Checks / Cashier’s Checks: Guaranteed bank funds only. Subject to a 3 to 5 business day hold to ensure clearing prior to shipment or transfer.
Personal Checks: Allowed for pre-payment only. Subject to a strict 10 to 14 business day clearing hold before any order processing begins.
Policy Notice: We strictly DO NOT accept standard consumer apps (including PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay) due to their corporate restrictions against the firearms industry. Attempting to use these platforms may result in frozen funds and immediate order cancellation.
